in this role, Michael is more hands-on than his Advisor service; he requires at least 10 hrs per week to take charge of key deliverables and/or work with teams. Michael aims to fill specific strategic and executional gaps in a leadership team, which are typically identified through collaboration between Michael and company leadership. The compensation for a Fractional Executive is usually 60-70% of what a Full-Time Executive would receive. This is because their value is not solely based on the number of hours worked.
