Most owner-operators are running their business on instinct and adrenaline. They're good at what they do — but they're buried in the operational noise that comes with growth. Vendor decisions. I come in as your systems partner. I assess the bottlenecks that are slowing you down, build the infrastructure to handle it, and stay accountable for making sure it runs. Not a consultant who hands you a deck. A partner who builds the system and stays in it.

Part of what I do is cut through it — matching the right tools to the right business model, understanding how they connect, and spotting where technology stops being a cost and starts generating a return.

Built on operating experience.

I co-founded SportsMemorabilia.com and scaled it to $22M in annual revenue before its acquisition by Fanatics — now a $31B global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Post-acquisition, I led the integration that grew the business to $70M+ annually.

At Fanatics, I launched the company's first athlete-driven content strategy — working alongside Peyton Manning, Aaron Judge, Magic Johnson, and others. In parallel, I integrated business intelligence tools and predictive analytics into the operation — an early bet on connecting data to decisions that shaped how I work today. Since then I've operated across venture studios, media companies, and high-growth businesses — from a Shopify-featured eCommerce brand to an MLB player-owned media company.

I've spent 20 years at the intersection of operations, growth, and technology. The AI work I do now is built on that foundation — not theory.
