Starting as an eCommerce entrepreneur, he co-founded SportsMemorabilia.com and scaled it to $22M in annual revenue before its acquisition by Fanatics Inc, a $31B global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Post-acquisition, Michael led the integration that 3x'd the business to $70M+ annually, with many of his original team members still driving growth today. At Fanatics, he launched the company's first athlete-driven content strategy, working with Peyton Manning, David Ortiz, Aaron Judge, Magic Johnson, and Conor McGregor.

Since then, Michael has expanded his expertise across venture studios, media companies, and high-growth enterprises - orchestrating million-dollar business pivots, launching media properties generating $400K+ first-year revenue with 200M+ organic impressions, and facilitating billion-dollar capital raises for major acquisitions. He bridges strategy and execution to drive measurable results across industries.
