As Co-Founder and COO of SportsMemorabilia.com, he grew the company to $22M in annual revenue, dominating organic and paid search, before its acquisition by Fanatics Inc, a $31B global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Now part of Fanatics’ commerce ecosystem, the business generates $70M+ annually. At Fanatics, Michael integrated his DTC team into Fanatics’ memorabilia ecosystem, previously focused on B2B sales, while championing business intelligence tools that provided executives with actionable insights and real-time business performance tracking. He also launched Fanatics’ first athlete-driven content strategy, working with Peyton Manning, David Ortiz, Aaron Judge, Magic Johnson, and Conor McGregor.

    Personalized Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce guidance to help entrepreneurs or executives create, develop, and grow. This service level provides personalized support in a low-commitment engagement, tailoring advice for unique business needs. This includes general business advice, strategy, management frameworks, and goal setting, as well as a focus on marketing funnels, tools, techniques, and technology choices.

  • Advisor

    A “medium” size engagement typically provides advice & strategy to the core leadership team of, while not managing other members of the organization or owning tangible deliverables. Michael will observe a client’s quantitative and qualitative data, learn their product, customers, and business to be a thought-partner in weekly sessions.

  • Fractional Executive

    This role also offers strategy & guidance, but is more hands-on compared to the Advisor role. At least 10 hours per week is necessary to take charge of key deliverables and/or work with teams. Fractional Executives aim to fill specific strategic and executional gaps in a leadership team, which are typically identified through collaboration between the Fractional Executive and company leadership team, with clear SMART goals and roadmaps. Best fit for profitable or funded ventures that need to scale.
